Streator, IL–Illinois Valley Brain Injury Clubhouse, through a Starved Rock Country Community Foundation community grant, will continue to develop their Enterprise Pathways Initiative. The Enterprise Pathways Initiative empowers individuals by recognizing and celebrating their unique talents, creativity, and skills. Participants create items to share and sell within the organization to build vocational skills, financial empowerment, and confidence.

The Illinois Valley Brain Injury Clubhouse works with individuals who have survived TBI, stroke, or other neurological disabilities. Their goal is to heal through work and assist their members in regaining skills, independence, and self-esteem to live productive lives at home and in their communities.
