Thank you for your interest in applying for a Community Grant. Grant applications are accepted all year. We review and evaluate grant applications at the end of every quarter. Successful applicants will be notified within four weeks after the end of the quarter.
Non-Profit Organizations: Grants are available to non-profit organizations throughout LaSalle, Bureau, and Putnam Counties. Proof of non-profit status is required, and a copy of your 501(c)3 letter from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) must be attached to your grant application
Schools, Libraries, Community Groups: Grants must be used for charitable purposes that serve a broad range of the community at large. Any grant dollars not utilized for the stated purpose must be returned.
Grant checks will be released upon approval of the application.
Grant awards are subject to availability of funds and the impact the program, project or initiative will have in the community. This is a competitive grant opportunity and applications will be evaluated by the Board of Directors of the SRCCF. You may be contacted by a Board Member for more information and/or a visit to your organization.
Final Reports may be required. If so, your final report is due to the SRCCF office no later than 60 days after the completion of the project, event, or initiative. No additional awards will be granted unless the final report for an existing grant is received.
Submit your application and required documents using the form below, and a member of our team will be in touch with you if we need additional information.
