It was a celebration of community, gratitude, and legacy at our Starved Rock Country Community Foundation Giving Day Breakfast Reception!

Huge thanks to everyone who joined us in honoring those who make our mission possible. Special thanks to our incredible keynote speaker, Robert Eschbach, whose wisdom and passion continue to inspire us.

We’re thrilled to announce the recipients of this year’s SRCCF awards:

VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR: Kevin Corrigan, whose dedication knows no bounds.

AWARENESS BUILDER AWARD: Derek Barichello, for his tireless efforts in the community.

And finally, we’re overjoyed to present the BECKETT LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD to Pamela Messer Flad Beckett, the co-founder and a true pillar of our organization. From this day forward, this award will bear the Beckett name, honoring the remarkable contributions made by Pamela and Chuck Beckett.

Today reminds us that together, we can create lasting impact. Thank you for being part of this journey!

Starved Rock Country Community Foundation extends our deepest gratitude to Shaw Local for shining a spotlight on our Foundation and honoring the many accomplishments and passions of Pamela Beckett.

In 2015, Pamela and Chuck Beckett laid the foundation for something truly remarkable – SRCCF. Today, their vision continues to flourish, with nearly $6 million raised and over $2 million returned to our community through 174 grants, scholarships, and 110 funds.

Every dollar raised, every life touched, reflects the unwavering commitment of individuals like Pamela and Chuck, whose dedication inspires us all to build a brighter tomorrow, together.

Join us in celebrating their incredible impact and the boundless potential of our community as we continue to grow, thrive, and uplift each other.
