We’re excited to share that with your help, we raised $18,697.12 for the 2023 Run Today For Tomorrow 5K walk/run and had a total of 178 participants registered!! Today we were able to give $16,750 to the Starved Rock Country Community Foundation to help us keep the proceeds local. The proceeds will be funding:

  1. Molly Lenora Yacko Memorial Scholarship: a scholarship given to a local graduate currently enrolled in a college program in the mental health field of study (with hopes that they will return to work in our community). Find out more about the Molly Lenora Yacko Memorial Scholarship here
  2. Run Today for Tomorrow Field of Interest Fund: a fund used to create grants for local mental health services to be used for clients who need financial assistance to get the help they need. Run Today For Tomorrow Field of Interest Fund

We are incredibly thankful for every sponsor, donor, participant, volunteer, those who supported and those who shared our posts. Thank you to everyone who helped make this year a success. And thank you, Pamela Beckett, SRCCF Founder and everyone at SRCCF for helping us help the community by keeping proceeds local. We appreciate everything you do.
