Horizon House is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization that provides a variety of services to adults with disabilities. Serving North Central Illinois, Horizon House has two administrative facilities in Peru, Illinois, and 10 small homes in LaSalle and eastern Bureau counties.
