Maxine Wargo was born and raised in Streator and became a multiple business owner in the Streator community. Her infectious spirit and positive attitude inspired others to get involved with the Streator community. Her work ethic and strong will to succeed made her an excellent role model for women entering or returning to the workforce. This Scholarship honors her legacy.
