2024 Charles H. Beckett Scholarship for Culinary Arts recipient:

The Charles H. Beckett Scholarship for Culinary Arts goes to Madelynn Guilinger, of Morris, who is also the 2023 recipient of this award. Madelynn is a second-year culinary student attending JJC and will receive $2,000. She excelled throughout her first year, even learning the art of ice-sculpting. Maddi’s plans include enrolling in the Walt Disney World Culinary ARts Program. Her parents are Brand and Keri Guilinger.

2023 Charles H. Beckett Scholarship for Culinary Arts recipient:

We are pleased to award the 2023 Charles H. Beckett Scholarship for Culinary Arts to Madelynn Guilinger, of Morris. Maddi plans to attend Joliet Junior College to study Culinary Arts Management. Upon her completion of the program at Joliet Junior College, Maddi plans to enroll in the Walt Disney World Culinary Arts Program. In her essay she stated that she has always dreamed of being a professional baker or a chef. Her parents are Brad & Keri Guilinger.
