Congratulations to the changemakers behind the Logan’s Oasis initiative!

Melissa Calkins Crank announced  April 2, 2025 that because the supporters of the Logan’s Oasis Initiative have raised more than half the funds to build the playground, they are making a deposit to lock in the prices to secure their chosen equipment. Please see the blueprints & the 3D images of the playground. A few items have been  eliminated until additional funding is secured.  Those pieces  are the zip line and the seesaw. Hopefully, a Phase 2 project will help to add the pieces later, and possibly more additional equipment.  The team will also be installing benches soon.

Such exciting news! Melissa believes faith & determination make dreams come true! She says, “Our amazing community has come together to help make this a reality. So for that, thank you all so much from the bottom of our hearts! There is more fundraising to do to raise the rest of the money. Several upcoming events will hopefully get us there.  Thank you again everyone! Thank you so much! Together we can do great things!”

There is  still a  need for monetary donations and items donations to be auctioned/raffled at upcoming events. For more info, please visit Logan’s Oasis on Facebook.
